Have you ever had a thought and then all sorts of quotes, conversations, experiences and even scriptures start popping up in your world as if GOD were shouting at you, trying to get your attention through various means?

Recently I had that very thing happen to me.

First, it was this question that caught my eye and resonated…

“Whose life are you living?”

then it was this quote in my husband’s FB group….

“Don’t let the expectations and ideas of others limit who you are. If you let others tell you who you are, you are living their reality — not yours. You need to decide who you are for yourself. Become a whole being.” ― Roy T. Bennett

Then I open my Grace for the Moment devotional book this morning and find this….

“Don’t listen to the whines of those who have settled for a second-rate life and want you to do the same so they won’t feel guilty. Your goal is not to live long; it’s to live.” ― Max Lucado

And then there was this combination of messages delivered to me…

To live apart from a sense of calling by God (which is located through a deep and clear understanding who you are and what you’ve been given) is to live a life oriented simply by choices of our own understanding and availability.  Calling brings freedom and fulfillment and orients us toward something bigger than ourselves.

So it feels as though God is communicating to say…

Whose life are you living?

I had to do some reflecting to make sure I was aligned with God and His purposes.  (Romans 12:1-8)

And I am a firm believer that God has a specific destiny for us based on our design but too few of us ever take the time to be a student of ourselves which opens up pathways and instead choose to remain judge, which shuts our creative, problem-solving pieces of us down.

So it’s your choice …

Are you living the life God meant for you too?

or

Are you allowing others to limit you? Your own fears to become excuses to say not now, not enough time, money or other reasons.

or

Are you ready to start the journey to understand…

  1. WHO you are
  2. What you have
  3. How you could use it best in order to reveal the life YOU were meant to live
