Building Team LYV

I have so much to share – I could just explode!

This past week was a giant step up for us here with Team LYV.

Part of the team came in from all over the US for a working team retreat. What did we do?

Prayed together (of course)
Played together (a must)
Planned together (Ah, the brilliance on this team, 2023 is going to be spectacular, stay tuned!)
Filmed together (Be sure to join us for our upcoming Holiday series…the studio was poppin’)
Wrestled with development ideas (can’t wait to reveal those)
Stayed up late together (to hear our stories and cry and laugh together)
Worked out conflicts together (Yes, we do occasionally have those. And perhaps what I am most proud of is how we do this. Anyone working closely together fostering an environment of authenticity and leaning into your strengths is going to have conflict. Thank God and thank you Lin, Renee, and Ellen that we have created and abide in a culture of grace. This culture allows the truth to be heard because it is heard through the lens of believing the best and that this person really believes in me and is on my side so any constructive criticisms or hard truth can then not only be heard but metabolized and appropriately responded to. This is golden!)

Seriously, what an extraordinary time together!
