Do You Hear It?

With all the noise on the news and social media, sometimes it’s hard to hear it.

Hear what, you ask?

I am referring to the sound of your own inner voice and directives of the spiritual realm – in other words, your soul’s longings and the divine reply of the Spirit. There is something so deep and satisfying as the times when the two connect. To me, it’s as if time stands still for just a moment and I am able to catch my breath and draw in wisdom, energy, and inspiration needed for my next steps.

These are moments my soul craves and relies on.

Now you may ask, but how is this possible? Well, the obvious answer is God, of course, but it really does take intention on my part as well. That too seems nebulous though, right?

Through the work we do here in this community, we learn how to connect into ourselves and then to the divine work and content that I believe God is writing in your life and on your heart that is meant to direct YOUR steps. It’s a little like when a plane’s navigation system is super strong and is connected to the bigger vantage point of the air traffic controllers and the flight path is then so clear.

That is what Live Your Vision is all about. That is why it is called Live YOUR (not my, or your husband’s, or your kid’s, or your family’s or your bosses) Vision. The work is a journey to the deep and a reaching out to the divine.  Now I know that sounds a little woo woo, but it really is a very spiritual experience and one that really brings a deep satisfaction to the soul and meaning and purpose to our lives.

So if your soul is really crying out for more, I invite you to become intentional too about answering it. Though the world continues to spin, we can get grounded.
