In the last month, we have had no less than 50 conversations with women who attended our ReInvent Your Life training. Women from London to Los Angeles, Qatar to Kansas. Their words are so similar, it’s uncanny. They know they are “made FOR more”.
What they have yet to realize is they are also “made OF more”. These women have no idea what they are capable of and it is our wonderful privilege to help them find out.
So many women come to us depleted, discouraged, and without clear direction for the next chapter of their lives. This leads them to falsely believe that they do not have what it takes to live the life they’d hoped for, or worse yet, there is something wrong with them. I’m not saying that there are not some deep needs for healing out there, but more often than not, once these women get a much-needed perspective shift about who they are, things begin to open up.
One woman shared with me that what she got from our year together is a profound and life-altering change. She said, “I’m NOT stupid.” She has realized how that thought plagued her and that she is in fact very smart and now leans into that fact vs. the former subconscious lie. This is changing everything – the way she engages with herself, her husband, neighbors, and friends. It is opening up possibilities for new lines of work for her. Really so small but so powerful.
These downcast views women often hold personally, over a prolonged time, create profound frustration that often gets taken out on themselves in the form of depression (anger turned inward), anxiety, isolation, withdrawal, and thus hopelessness.

It gets taken out on others in the form of spiritual and/or relational conflict, blaming, and complacency and then forms into deadly resentment.
When the majority of your focus is on problem-solving, fighting to be grateful, knowing there is more but seeing constantly only what you lack. Attempting to faithfully serve others, even thinking that you can serve their way to a better personal place but with a constant subconscious voice or fixation on your own weaknesses or sins in an attempt to remain humble…ugh. The long-term effect is not good. The very thought of living that way sounds exhausting to me, and as a result, makes your world very small. ☹️
A big part of our work here is to help women see they are made OF more…that’s why they are made for more. Made of waaaaaaay more than they even know.
If you had half an idea how gifted, talented, and beautiful you are (and you may be saying, Julie, you don’t even know me, how can you say that.) I don’t have to. I know women…women of all ages and all over the globe. I know they are beautiful, talented, and waaaaaaay more gifted than they ever imagined. Our world just does not always allow them to see that.
Your destiny is not a mystery but rather a series of small decisions that are within your grasp, given to you by God as a very 1st gift…choice.
And you fulfill that destiny one opportunity at a time.
If you are looking for excuses and reasons to NOT move forward, you will find them. If you are looking for an opportunity, you have found it.
Just FYI: I did not say this was easy work, but it is simple to shift your perspectives personally which opens new pathways.
