I have many conversations with so many women every day. Literally, women from around the world (different cultures, faiths, education, and ages) tell me repeatedly that they know there must be more but do not know where to begin. As women, we are giving and pouring out so much on a regular basis that we often reach the end and realize there must be a better way. Resorting to “gutting it out” or just doing the right thing, life gets even more difficult than it needs to be, and that feeling intensifies.
News flash: It is not going away!
You can ignore it and hope things change. (Good luck with that.)
